Sets of identical 50 mm diameter foot holds. These are perfect half spheres made from solid beech. Their profile and texture makes them hard to use for your feet whilst not being dependent on having a brand new pair of shoes. Great for improving core tension and footwork whilst also saving your shoe rubber.
Each hold requires two 5mm x 50mm screws (not included).
