50mm diameter half spheres with a flat top. A versatile foothold - these are big enough that you can pull in on them with your feet but small enough that tension through your core and legs is still required.
They have minimal friction which forces you to engage your core and also minimizes shoe wear. Made from solid beech wood.
Each hold requires two 5mm diameter, 50mm length screws.
